6. Cancellations
1. You are recommend to cancel over 35days prior to commence of the tours.
2. Less than 31days (before) the tours, 10% of the total price.
3. Less than 21days (before) the tours, 20% of the total price.
4. Less than 15days (before) the tours, 40% of the total price.
5. Less than 07days (before) the tours, 60% of the total price.
6. Less than 72hours (before) the tours, 100% of the total prices will be forefeited automatically.

＊ Operating Hours & Overtime Policy
Standard Operating Hours Our daily service covers up to 10 hours maximum, calculated from hotel departure to hotel return. Under South Korean labor regulations, this includes two mandatory 1-hour meal breaks (lunch and dinner) for both the tour guide and driver.
Mandatory Break Times By law, both the guide and driver are required to take these 1-hour breaks regardless of whether guests choose to dine at the same time.
Overtime Rates Should you wish to extend your tour beyond 10 hours:
Overtime Rate: USD $130 per hour
Maximum Extension: Up to 2 additional hours per day (payable immediately)
