All of you must bring your own original Passport not Copy or photo, no exceptional.
Otherwise, you will be rejected automatically without refund or reimbursement at all!

＊Attention & Notice
Don’t be surprised !
DMZ area is nervous and tense up region several times a year.
Sometimes Visiting DMZ program is closed without prior notice temporarily by the Authority.
Can’t imagine the reason why immediately and/or No way to claim or complain.
North Korea is sending filth ballons to South Korea 2024.
Then Military Authority closed visitng DMZ temporarily a few hours or fullday in May, June, July 2024.
For example, Authority published closing very early in the morning,
but near noon, it was extended all day long on Sunday, 21st of July, 2024.
Futhermore fullday in 22nd of July was closed. In this case,
Tour Fee will be reimbursed without any compensation unless depart,
otherwise the day of the tour will be substituted “Visit the end of freedom” program with following Plan B.
Plan B will be visiting following 2 to 3 places :
1. Visit local winery of Korean wild grapes.
2. O-DAE-SAN observatory tower, top of the hill
to see command of panoramic view of North Korea.
3. SHINSEGAE Premier Outlet for shopping and/or lunch.
Roughly 15 kinds restaurants & over 200 kinds menu.
The lunch is extra by your own.
We can stop here 1 to 2 hours maximum.
And also we can skip this place if the group want.

~ Then we will be back to Seoul City hall station area.
＊Cancellation policy
Following cases will be considered same as Cancellation without Notice and/or No Show.
Automatically and immediately Non Refundable and Non Reimbursement.
01＊Everybody must be booked by the Passport Name and D.O.B with Nationalty.
02＊Everybody must bring your own Original Passport Not copy or Photo of Passport.
No exception.
Otherwise you will be rejected by Ticket Counter and/or Military Check Point
03＊Korean locals are OK by their local ID and/or Driver License.
04＊Cancel it later than 17:00, 5pm of previous day of departure.
05＊If you late and miss the DMZShuttle bus.
06＊No Show
07＊Your payment is not allowed to repalce for your friend, family or whoever.
＊Cancel and Refund
If you want to cancel and want to refund, you should do following precedures please
01. Time limit : Cancel it till 17:00 hours previous on the site, email us or whatsapp
02. Send to us your bank account (of any your Korean Bank not foreign bank),
if you paid by cash, please.
03. Payment by Credit Card refund will be back to your CC account automatically in a few days.
＊Dress Code
- Dress code should be normal or casuals, not sandals and/or got torn cloths.
