08 ● Cancel & Refund Policy
1. Recommend to cancel over 31 days prior to commence the tours
2. Less than 30days, 10% charges
3. less than 20days, 20% of the total tour prices.
4. less than 15days, 40% of the total tour prices.
5. less than 10days, 50% of the total tour prices.
6. Less than 7days, 60% of the total tour prices.
7. Less than 72hours, 100% of the total tour prices will be forfeited automatically.
09 ● Deposit
＊ You should remit and wire deposit of the tours,
50% ~ 100% of the tour price Per Person
no later than 36days prior to commence of the tours.
＊ Wiring and Remit could be taken a few days, Some clients using internet banking.
＊ Then, we reserve hotels, vehicles and etc along the tour itinerary.
10 ● Prices
＊ Can’t reserve Systems of program, hotels, vehicles, Guide, Restaurants without Deposit
＊ We can give you the final price(s) after reserve and confirm the hotels, flights, trains and/or etc ~ ~
