Story of this village＊
25th of June, 1950, North Korea invaded South Korea.
1.5 million North Korean escaped to S.Korea.
Then, five month later, Chines Communist Military forces joined N.Korean Military and invaded S.Korea.
That day was 04th of January, 1951,
Another 4,8 million of North Korean escaped to S.Korea again. Most of refugees were gathering Busan and neighbourhood.
This GAM-CHEON village was filled by the reugees form North Korea.
You will have a look at various walls and roofs of colours.
02＊GUK-JE market
Story of GUK-JE market＊
This GUK-JE market was motivated by the people who were return home back from Japan in 1945.
Korean Peninsula was liberated from Japan by the Japanese’ surrender form the U.S.A and UN forces of Pacific war.
Second one was from Korean war,
BUSAN local people with over Six to Seven million refugees were gathering BUSAN area.
Million of millipon people were crowed and created this market naturally.
Later year by year, what we call, we were able to buy everything except elephants in the World.
03＊YONG-GUNG-SA Temple

This Buddhist temple was established on the Rocks just in front of Ocean.
In light of Buddhism background in Korea,
location of the Buddhist temple itself is very typical
and unusal situations and beautiful scenery.
According to the history of Buddhism in Korea,
most of Temple are beeing in very deep mountains.

Only One and Unique Place in the World.
25th june, 1950 ~ 27th of July, 1953, 37months,
During the Korean War,
22 countries have been participated the Korean war for helping South Korea.
In this BUSAN United Nations Cemetery,
13 Countries’ Soldiers have staying in HERE.

It’s the most beautiful and popular beach in korea-wide.
