Tour prices are specified on each tour program page.

Working hours
Maximum 10hours between 8:00~19:00
Although tshe legally defined working hours are 8hours, we offer up to 10hours.
1. Standard service hours are up to 10 hours during the day
(e.g., 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM),
excluding early morning or late evening hours.
2.For any additional requests or changes to the itinerary,
please contact and obtain approval from the tour operator
directly, rather than the tour guide.
3.In compliance with South Korean labor laws,
drivers and tour guides are legally entitled to
a 1-hour meal break for lunch and/or dinner.
4. Regardless of whether guests choose to have lunch or dinner,
tour guide and drivers are legally entitled to a one hour break
for each meal in accordance with South Korean labor laws.
Booking & Payment
- Advance Booking: All tours must be booked at least 7 days prior to departure.
- Deposit Requirement: Bookings made 35 days or more in advance require a 50% deposit.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable 31 days prior to the tour commencement date.
- Additional Itinerary Costs: Any additional visits outside the set itinerary will be subject to extra charges.
- Late Booking Payment: Full payment is required for bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure.
- Custom Itinerary Fee: An itinerary planning fee of 110 USD is charged for tailored quotations. This fee will automatically be offset against your final tour cost if booked within one year.

Cancellation & Refund policy
- Full Refund:
Cancellations made more than 31 days prior to the tour start date are eligible for a 100% refund. - 20% Fee:
Cancellations made within 24 days of the tour start date will incur a charge equal to 20% of the total tour price. - 50% Fee:
Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour start date will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total tour price. - 80% Fee:
Cancellations made within 11 days of the tour start date will incur a charge equal to 80% of the total tour price. - No Refund (100% Fee):
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the tour start time will forfeit 100% of the tour price.
