04● Terms and Conditions
1. Basic working hours are 9AM to 6 PM, 9hours including One hour lunch braktime
2. After Dinner, we transfer to the hotel accommodations without extra.
Except over one hour dinner time. But over One hour party at dinner time, it will be different.
3. Whatever, whichever you want extra orders, should be contact and get approval from the tour operator not tour guide.
4. Driver and Tour Guide must be given for Breaktime of lunch and/or dinner One hour each according to the Government law of labors.

05● Booking & Payment
1＊Book in advance at least 7days before
2＊Required to book 35 in advance with deposit 50%
3＊Pay ballance 31days prior to commence the tours
4＊Any other extra visits out of the itinerary, Should be check extra coast.
5＊Require full payment if you try to book less than 30day of the departure.
6＊We collect One hundred USD Ten (USD 110 ) to provide for your own itinerary with quotations.
Then the deposit will be offset from your final tour quotations automatically within One year.
→● Cancellation and Refund policy
1. Fully reimbursement if you cancel over 31 days prior to commence the tours
2. 31days before, no charges
3. 20% of the total tour prices will be charged if you cancel less than 24days prior to commence the tour programs.
5. 50% of the total tour prices will be charged if you cancel less than 15days prior to commence the tour programs.
6. 80% of the total tour prices will be charged if you cancel less than 11days prior to commence the tour programs.
7. 100% of the tour price will be forfeited if you cancel less than 72hours prior to commence the tours and if you no show.
